It's Hard to Argue With Phil This Year...!
Phil was right on the money this year with his prediction of 6 more weeks of winter weather! Much of our region saw record snowfall during the month of February. For example, Pittsburgh ended February with 48.7" of the white stuff, making it the snowiest month on record... ever.
