Cardiovascular Room with 8 Treadmills, 2 Ellipticals, 2 Bikes 2 Upper/Lower Body Machine Rooms Weight Room Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM Saturday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Sunday 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM Members must be age 16 or older Monthly Rate - $25.00 Daily rate - $5 a day 6-month Special...pay for 5 months, get 6th month free! SENIOR SPECIALS SILVERSNEAKERS The nation's leading fitness program for older adults for free! The Silver Sneakers program is currently offered to eligible members of Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield's Security Blue, FreedomBlue and MedigapBlue members. Eligible members receive a basic membership at the Community Fitness Center.In addition, they receive: - Access to all fitness center amenities - Custom designed Silver Sneakers Classes taught by certified instructors - Social Events for members - A Senior Adviser to help you along the way SILVERSNEAKERS I MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND RANGE OF MOVEMENT Every Monday,Wednesday, and Friday 11:00 am - 11:45 am Ages 65 and up Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. The class is FREE to Silver Sneaker Members. Non-Silver Sneaker Members may attend for $1.00 per class. SENIOR STRENGTH Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00 - 9:45 AM Ages 50 and up $1 per class A special fitness class designed for ages 50 and up. We cover balance skills, strength moves, flexability exercises, and low-impact aerobics of varying levels. FREE COMMUNITY WALKTRAK Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Get your walking done without worrying about the weather! Open to ages 18 and up.
