So, who are those guys in the top hats and spiffy outfits? Those are the members of the Groundhog Club's "Inner Circle." The group consists generally of prominent Punxsutawney businessmen who coordinate the annual event, and keep the tradition of Punxsutawney Phil alive year after year!
