PTAG is now celebrating its 33nd Anniversary--and is one of the oldest, continuously running community theater groups in the area. Shows range from comedies to Broadway musicals to mysteries, dramas, and children's theater presentations. The Guild stages three major shows a year. We also have a Touring Company that can perform for civic and social organizations. Our performances are staged at the Punxsutawney Area High School or Middle School. In addition, we take our summer show to the Sawmill Theater at Cook Forest.

Membership is open to anyone, age 18 or older, who wants to become involved as a performer, behind-the-scenes worker, or supporter. All auditions for Guild shows are open to the public; membership is not required for participation in our productions. Monthly meetings are held on the first Thursday evening, usually in the homes of members. Our major support comes from patrons and advertisers. If you'd like more information about ways to become involved, e-mail us and request a brochure. You may also telephone us at (814) 938-6928 or (814) 938-0378.
